Amish Friendship Bread. We got a starter kit from a friend last week. It takes 10 daysto make the bread. It requires patience, work. I'm no math whiz (and it's beer night at my house) so I could be wrong, but the way I figure you wind up with a loaf of bread that includes 1.625 cups of sugar. Is that good for you?

Anyway, it really looks like a convenient way to make bread, no?

You'd be Bi'g em if you started eating this stuff. We made the Paula Deen Post Diagnosis version of Amish Bread. Which only calls for 1.525 cups of sugar,
